T22 Estate - How To Take Off Rear Bumper?

I need to take off Toyota Avensis T22 D4D 2.0 2001 Estate's rear bumper. Are there any guides on how to do this? I am afraid that I won't be able to do it. Is it straight forward: unscrew some bolts and that is it?

Haynes manual covers this in the UK.

First unscrew the mudguards, on the tailgate and lift the lower rubber seal, undo 6 bolts long the rear including the tailgate aperture, extract clips securing bumper to the wheel arch liners, under bolts in front upper edge of bumper from the wheel arch. Under car more bolts to unscrew.

Inside luggage compartment undo nuts each side corner. I did not follow the correct or of removal but it should not make much difference.

I think that after all the above you can remove the bumper. Excluding the liner clips you should have removed a total of 14 nuts and bolts to release the bumper.

When refitting the are two slots on the bumper studs which need to engage studs on the body.
