Loved the Wurzels when the fair came to town, or "The Shows" as they are known up here.

Hated when those wee guys spun ye round too often though, the wee tinkers......

'Big' Daddy vs Giant Haystacks... those were the days..

Big_Daddy changed his name due to an accident investigating rubber hosiery and later became Big_Kev who before that was known as Big_Bertha.................it's a funny old game as someone once said ;) :naughty:

To add a further 'kinky twist' he was actually called Shirley :o , however, I won't mention he was from my beloved Hometown Halifax......whoops .

I had forgotten but you're right: Shirley Crabtree. I used to love watching him, Giant Haystacks and Cat Weasel!!
