Hello Everybody,

I am the owner of a modest Corolla 2006 year - I own two in fact, both auto's. Why? because apart from being pleasant to use, they have excellent reliability, good roadholding and are very easy to maintain. Being auto/ fluid flywheel you can find them with very low mileages and good value prices, perhaps because older folk have bought them new.

I am an older fellow, and know something of the engineering of cars, but not everything! Following an engineering career for a large science based company I am now retired. I worked in North Africa and Europe.
