2016 2.0D power interruption

Wife has a 2016 Rav4 2.0D on 57,000 miles, FTSH.

On a constant or very slightly trailing throttle you can feel interruptions in power, feels like a fuel flow issue or could be ECU.

Anyone else experienced this or any ideas as to cause? Car is due a service in 2 months and I'd be grateful for any feedback so that I can give the dealer a steer.

Thanks in advance.

Could me the MAF sensor. My 2014 2.2D RAV 4 did the same, it felt like a momentary hesitation. It didn’t illuminate the MIL lamp or throw up any codes, it would just seem to momentarily hesitate from time to time. It occurred randomly, regardless of speed but was most noticeable while driving at a constant speed. It was under warranty at the time so took it into the dealer and they swapped the MAF sensor for a new one and that cured it, They told me the sensor was dying but not yet dead.

That sounds like it, thanks for the steer. Car is under warranty for another 7 months so I'll mention it at the service next month.

Appreciate the feedback.
