Access to Air conditioner amplifier

Hi, My Avensis(2012yr T27 RHD model for Japan) A/C temp setting is not working.

I checked an A/C Heater Control Panel is Okay. So, I suspect A/C amplifier.

Now I would like to remove it and check condensers(may be liquid leaking some). But I don't know how to access it. e.g. which panels how  to remove.
If some one know it, please advice.:)
