Can i add a satnav or apple car play to my 67 plate chr?

Hi all just bought a toyota chr a basic version.

its come with the touch screen but no satnav nor Apple car play(well it doesnt load when i plug my phone in)

is there a way i can get Apple car play working so i can get waze, or adding the toyota satnav?

A Touch 2 of this age won't be compatible with Android Auto or Apple Carplay.

As regards sat nav, this option was a separate module (Go), gps aerial, etc that could be added to the head unit. New would be expensive. May be able to find a used head unit or module on eBay, breakers or similar. Updates will be expensive though.
