Lowering a t15 with lowering springs

Hi there,

This is my fist post here. I am looking for lowering springs for my carina t15.  Now none are made for a t15, but for a t17 they are.  Now my question is whether these also fit on the shock absorbers of a t15? I’ve also been told that the lowering springs of a Celica t16 could fit but I’m not entirely sure. is there anyone who knows more about this?

Short answer - I don't know. You could use something like Autodoc  or https://toyota.epc-data.com/carina/ to compare the recommended springs for the different models that you are looking at to determine if they are the same.
