Need to change my radio head unit as cd player will not accept cd any more 

Question on removing radio (8610-02A50 I noticed there was a connection taped to the radio loom but no spare place to connect to radio anyone know what it is for,?

I wondered if it was for DAB reception as mine is just AM and FM although button on front is marked AM/DAB. If it is for DAB which connection does it replace and do I need new antenna?
