My brother gave me an old Seiko watch knowing I like collecting old mechanical watches, it's an automatic, with no means of winding apart from the auto,ie will not wind on the crown.

He (seriously) said that you just have to jer jer jiggle it a bit.

And no,he did not run a corner shop.
