Hi, I'm Christiaan from Almere in the Netherlands

Since November 2023 I own a 2015 Toyota RAV4 Dynamic 2.0. Not one of the newer hybrid types because it has to tow a 1700KG caravan.

I like the car quite well after I immediately upgraded a few things I really did not like 😉

List of upgrades:

• Swapped the old and tiny and outdated navigation/radio for a Teyes CC3 2K 128GB head unit (link see second picture for the huge difference!)
• Swapped the low beam, high beam and fog light with more powerful and much brighter LED lights (6500K Auxito's)
• Added some small LED strips (smallest possible length) underneath the dashboard (driver, passenger and above the 12V accessory outlet)

 

Updates I like to add with the information I'll hope to find in this forum:

• better location and / or better antenna for DAB+ (the antenna at the front window loses its connection a lot!)
• 12V socket for the backseats
• 12V socket in the trunk
• Automaticly folding of the mirrors when the car is locked

Another improvement I am considering is a G3 LPG installation.
