Would anyone be interested in a race tuned head??? :(

AS some of you may or may not know, I had a spare engine head sent off to renault F1 (the actual team that built the F1 cars) so they could do some serious head work to a 1G head.. Try and bring it up to pace a little....

Apart from a full reconditions and overhaul by one of their top engine technitians, its had a load of go faster work done....

Ported, valve backs ground back, flow rates adjusted and gas flowed to name but a few modifications. This guy SERIOUSLY knows his stuff, and wereas many head jobs just involve opening up ports, which results in a slower air speed, i.e. crap bottom end, this guy has worked out the optimum set up.

Ontop of that its had all its stem guides checked, etc, new sten seals, new cam seals and all set uop ready to go...

As it looks like I probably won't get any of the critical engine spares that I needed I might just drop the entire project and drop something else in... :ffs:

VERY annoying as my car will more then likely be off the road for another summer as I am pretty much... fundless. (not even payed for the head work yet, and Its not that cheap either!!!
