Removal Of Instrument Pod Help !

Hi

I am in some need of help before i go mad.

I have a K plate celica 1992 i need to replace some blown bulbs in the istrument cluster on the dash.

I have removed all screws but i can't get the shroud to come away from the instrument pod, it appears to be fixed or attached to something near the heater control side. but all screws are out that i can see

I have done a search of the site but can't find anything........

Can someone please come to the rescue... as i don't want to just yank it off and damage it
