Hoping For A Suggestion

I'm getting a 1992 Toyota Camry with about 100,000 miles on it. I want to try to, how woudl you say, "pimp it out"... in other words, make it looks real nice. Does anyone have any simple suggestions on hwo to do that wihtout breaking the bank? Please, be creative...

Color is a dark blue-green thing. It has soem dents and nicks outdoors. Gray cloth interior.

i would go for suttle and have the following

Dents removed

slight window Tint say 35%

Some alloy wheels

exhaust

Inside get the car ICE'd out

How do u suggest I ice it out tho?? I need some tips on that. Also, can camrys do chrome trim or somethign liek that? cause i knwo soem cars look good with that, but i don't knwo if that coudl even work with this one.
