Maintenance Schedule For 2003 Avensis

Hello.

My 2003 1.8 auto Avensis needs a servicing but I've gone and lost the maintenance schedule.

The car has got 50,000 miles on it.

I'd be greateful if anyone were able to point me to an online description of the maintenance schedule, or to otherwise let me know what needs doing at 50,000.
