I know its not RAV specific but i have a Sony bluetooth radio in my car and its one with a detachable front. All of a sudden its really hard to pull the front off - the clips all seem fine and the button you press to pop the front off is ok too but its REALLY annoying me - any advice?

cheers.

may be worth a photo of the radio or a model number in case someone has experience of that particular one?

in the meantime, take the front off and just visually see if there are any obviously bits sticking where they shouldn't (if any plastic bits are bent you would normally see a white stress line - see if you have anything like that.

Hoovie - have had a look and it all looks fine. The model is a Sony MEX-BT2500 CD Player

Well, That unit looks great value and has very good user reviews so that is a plus :D . sometimes they have springs that could be slightly adjusted. if not under warranty anymore, maybe go somewhere like Halfords and say you bought it there and ask them to have a look. They may be able to see what is up?
