 Toyota uk are not dealing with the Approved Toyota Warrranty it is another company that sends out Assessors and forces the customer to pay for stripdown even when it is logical that a oil leak is a gasket leak when sripped down what benefit is this to the assessor seeing the car before will show the problem.

Real simple but try and explain this to The Warranty Group uk ltd they will not listen and are bad news for the Toyota brand.

What will Toyota japan make to this poor service and lack of honesty and care.

The toyota dealership has to ring and wait for an assessor and then the customer has to pay for a stripdown with no service car the policy is a joke and all toyota dealers use it just to get commission.

Toyota Customer Relations only gets involved after the event another joke. :censor:

Cars need to be fixed and if toyota cylinder head gaskets and water pumps and inlet manifolds fail in 4 years they are not fit for purpose and sub standard.

Do not buy a Toyota Warranty it is a rip off and real rip off the customer has to pay for stripdown and then wait and wait and wait.

More to follow with this on T.V and in the car magazines. :P

Do not buy a toyota warranty it is a rip off they will not pay out and are using this policy as a cash cow in the current credit market. :ffs:

WEAR AND TEAR IS NOT COVERED ALL THE FORMS IN THE DEALERSHIP SAY THE WARRANTY IS THE SAME AS THE FIRST 3 YRS OR 60 K

Buy a Honda other cars cover 100k and even kia are 7 yrs unlimited.

Toyota are way way behind the times and also the aftermarket Warranty direct covers the wear and tear.

READ YOUR POLICY IT WILL NOT PAY OUT THEY CLAIM WEAR AND TEAR !!!!!!!
