Hi, an information: this means that it's possible to change the general gear ratio of all 5gears, or only for one gear?

I mean, it's possible to increase gear ratio?

Like the 1,6vvti, my 1.4D4D have only 5 gears and in 5th gear, at 130Km/h i'm at 3.100rpm.... too much in my opinion... want to know if someone know if it's possible to change at least the gear ratio of the 5th gear...in order to lover rpm's at 130Km/h in highways...
