I just installed the TTE steering wheel today, at first glance not much difference but it is an inch smaller in diameter against std wheel, a lot thicker and the moulded grips at side make a difference. Driving, the new wheel just lets you know your in something about more sportier.

Can't remember how much I paid, about 200 odd I think but yes price is rather steep!

Not really sure but I think it would be possible to mod the original steering wheel somehow in order to make it similiar to that sporty one for less money...
