Actually, meant to ask you:

1. How u dis/liking the Hybrid so far?

2. How it's faring compared to previous cars driving experience?

3. Hows the CrossClimate faring?

Mines been absolutely fault-free apart from the rear boot leaking

Although it's still only 4.5 years old...

Mine is 6 years old, just reached 40,000 and it still feels like a new car.

I am definitely liking the hybrid, enjoying the silent driving when on electric. Considering the engine is as big as the old car, it uses just over half as much fuel and drive it at the same speed as i did before.

The tyres are fine, just not had the weather to try them out in anger.

U right, Frosty!

Yes I meant the privacy glass (film) :)

I am sure in yours the Battery doesn't protrude into the boot as much in mine, so you might not have the fancy tray and cover. but the boot has more capacity.

I did an image search, and compared the 2 types.

From Anthony's profile, his cars are a 2010 Auris hybrid and a 2013 Yaris hybrid - unless it needs updating?

I think he was referring to my google image search results.

Lol

I just confused now

If Ant got the same car as me (is your S a pre-facelift?)

Then both boot / Battery the same?

Mine was definitely one of the originals, early July 2010 is when the first owner bought the car. Was surprised that he had left the letter in with the manuals. ;-)

Where was the picture taken?

I don't mean the lunch

I need to use the rain x and get mr T to look at my automatic wipers, they start off ok, then suddenly they are going at full speed even with no rain.

Er

I lied about RainX (too much work)

I actually used RainX 2-in-1 Glass cleaner (contains some rain repellant) - quick and easy

Too much work to apply hard wax on alloys - considering using Armor All Wheel Protectant spray

Pic taken somewhere on Rochdale Road (county road between LittleBorough and Ripponden)

I don't use auto wipers (never spot on them)

Mine were working great until recently and since the car is under warranty, I might as well get it sorted out.

From the map, its not far from the other half. Milnrow junction of the 62.

I had the supaguard treatment since I'm lazy lol

Need to get a scratch and a small bit of surface rust dealt with.

Yeah

I remembered the supaguard u mentioned before - it's still there protecting?

Too many spot rust/scratches on my car

After reading about Armor All Shield bring excellent "brake dust repellant" - i give it a miss ...Too messy to spray on and leave for one hour in my opinion (i prefer a spray on and buff)...

Still able to use just a spray bottle with a water and a drop of washing up liquid, to blast the bird mess off. I dare say when I have paid for the car to be washed its probably had been waxed too.

I found the exact spot where the picture was taken. I have some app on my iPhone, that will show the metadata that is saved within the photo. So I might take a trip up that way, when the weather is better lol

Leaving at JT22 on M62 and head towards Halifax is just as scenic too

It's going to be a trip without the gf, she didn't sound interested when I suggested going for a drive out that way. Could always take the drone out with me. No chance of people or buildings lol
