That makes sense too Simon.

I'm still scratching my head.

Anyway, my plans to day are to replace my crank sensor since I've bought it anyway and can't return it.

And install my new bosch s4 battery.

Wipe that oil down at the rear of engine block

Top up my pink coolant which I've noticed has dropped a few cm's

Fit my new headlamp bulbs and wiper blades

And thats it...and its chucking it down out there!

Hi All,

Quick update,

Put in a new crank sensor, a new s4 Bosch Battery, topped my oil and coolant, new cam sensor, new ring xenon 150% brighter headlight bulbs, and new front&rear Wiper Blades, cleaned that oil spillage at the left rear and the coolant marks on the right front sides using brake cleaner...

Took her for a run, and WOW...she drives like a new car. I'm very 😊 happy!

From next week I'll be monitoring my ecu fault or immobiliser issue by parking else where to my daughters school!!!!

And ill keep an eye on that possible oil & coolant leak weekly too.

So far so good, I'm probably getting ahead of myself.

Now left is to figure out loading my techstream and connecting it to my car!

So, sounds like it maybe is the cam sensor. Bit worrying that there is no code recorded though. I would have thought you can read all the codes not just when the engine light is on?
