Right bit of a bad update <_<

just had the car on the ramp and have found out the sills have started to rust away, especially on the rear quaters. need opinions now guy shall i get it sorted or shall i just end it here?

Welding ect.. can all be sorted out but just want to know what kind of hassle im going to be facing if i repair it?

You'll have to plate the sills requiring you to weld them on after cutting the rust off.

My friend just leant me his welding kit and is going to show me how to use it. Maybe he could give you a few pointers?

yeah, getting the welder and the replacment patch up pieces are not a prob. Think i will have a word will my uncle see if i can have it done during next week

Right i have got 1 week to get as much work as i can, and i am already stuck. poked my screw driver in the sills and it went straight in.

The hole is about three inches wide. Looks like this could be the end of her :(

The volkswagen looks amazing, considering its literally stripped out interior the work carried out with keeping carpet etc is amazing. I would love to own that. A perfect car. Love the bbs splits aswell and the engine bay is so clean!!!!!!!
