I'll have to show you guys my mondeo discs when i get them off, you will laugh.

Oh and i can't believe i !Removed! missed this today, my parents neighbours son rolled up today in his race car. It has an engine from a fire engine from 1918, 14litres and revs to about 1850rpm. They can get 150 out of it, i can't remember the car my dad said it was made by someone called lafrance or something like that. :S

lol I hate to see these things go! I know two Lee's here, Dawesy who is a 4A-GE guru (we shall see what I can do to knock him off that post.... :naughty::lol: ) and Leebo who gave me the other 4A-GE I'm rebuilding now. :)

I can't hate either of them!

Raist? Yeh he is a posting beast, I was proud of 6000 in two years... but daym. :o

Yeh I used to just stick to the Corolla Club, but there are some good convo's to be had elsewhere. ;) Venture into the Corolla Club and you'll see my threads on the GTi :P

I nearly trashed my place up today i've never been so **** wound up in my life. My BOV is here at a delivery depot, paid the custom fee's online, was expecting to come back to it but they havent attempted to deliver it. So i spent about 2 hours today ringing the royal mail to try and talk to an actual person and not some automated **** that doesn't have my option :S Even the site didn't help, i swear i was so close to destroying this building :S

 @ both your posts.

I bloody hate waiting for deliveries. I am trying to sort out my HDD for my PC and they only do an exchange basis which is sooooo annoying as I am in the wrong house lol.

Lol at your posts, my deliveries have been coming through just fine :P

The jobs that's stopping us are the day to day jobs that a garage must do to survive lol things like mapping my bosses track car to 1.3 bar and paying visit's to our snap-on man  oh and making enquiries about getting a dyno installed :D

Got my bov finally, I put the bov on but i'm going to need a shorter 90deg out the throttle inlet to fit my alloy T piece, just gashed it up for the moment with my silicone T piece. Couldn't really hear anything as the engine is too loud, so gave it a few revs up to 4500rpm just to see if she was ok, me and ben are doing more on the downpipe tomorrow, if we get that done we can start on the wastegate relocation pipe and screamer. We were trying to get his mk1 escort going mainly today, got it running for 30secs but we think there is an issue with the carbs, starter moment was a right git to get on.

Was going to work on the downpipe but i was looking at my car and realised i only did this intercooler route so i could move the car. Wasn't happy with it so took it all off, unfortunately my mate has my 10mm flexi head rat ring so it took ages with a combi spanner :S. Anyway my routes now are less complicated and shorter, just need a 90deg silicone hose to complete them. Also need to lag some of the pipes and make a heat shield to place over the manifold.
