have you started getting full of energy yet??

I go through periods of insomnia!There are stages where you drop in energy at that point eat high sugar stuff to keep going then adrenaline kicks in and your full of energy!

Again keep eating things high in sugar to keep going and you will be ok for a week max but your more likely to catch colds etc as your body has no time to repair itself!
