Aygo 64 reg new radio

Just bought Aygo 64 reg from Toyota dealer but there was no sound on multimedia system.

They say it needs a new radio, so does that mean it needs a full new entertaibment unit ?  Tia.

radio, entertainment unit, Toyota call it the xtouch

they don't diagnose radios they just replace them they are very expensive new, you will get a used/refurb'ed unit if they do replace it - they may play hard ball and tell you to pound sand as it's a used car

The X-Touch, together with the reversing camera, was an option for the X-Play, so you may have just the non touch screen radio.
