I personally think all cars are females... (others would disagree)... like boats/ships :P

Skye is female... picky, fussy, demanding etc :P but lovely and pretty

now now... we are not picky, fussy, demanding etc!! you should see you guys!!! huffy buggers!!!

right... since this forum will have mostly males on it... i will stop there!! haha

never understood why cars are always females???

my old car was a teenage guy... did what it wanted - when it wanted... central locking was prone to failing a bit, would lock car, walk 5 steps and alarm would go off! this was said teenage boy craving attention!!! hahahaha!!!

'Faith'

'Star'

erm...

'shippou' (the 7 treasures (gold, silver, pearls, agate etc))

shippou?? erm ok lol... no idea how to say it!

i do kinda like faith though... makes sense with it being a RWD car in the wet! haha

Well if it helps i always name a car with the first letter of the registration.

As to your response about not wanting a male name for the sake of a potential partner , I would personally rather take my car out for the evening!!!!! NO OFFENCE INTENDED

I have named many cars

AN astra van named MURTLE THE TURTLE

A fiesta named GORDON

A mini named KERMIT

A Rover 220 turbo named MARMADUKE

An Escort cosworth named PERCY

And my celica ST205 named MARVIN

And just to be really sad they have their names written on their numberplates just so they feel special and loved. I have never owned a female named car, dont think i will either.

Agreed with the fussy... nice to see a kick-***** fellow girl. Our cars have always been male, better that way to keep them under the thumb...huh-umm... right foot!!! :D

There's far too many stereotypes going on here!

How 'bout Percy? Or maybe you should have a name that can be both female and male... like Jess or Jo(e)

never advisable to call ur car "my baby" - freaked a guy out once before by callin it that

Well my last car (1.0 Yaris) was named "baby " and seemed quite appropriate when trying to go up some ridiculously steep and narrow hills in Wales... "C'mon Baby, you can do it!". :P

whats the devils number???

666

"The night was black was no use holding back

'Cos I just had to see was someone watching me

In the mist dark figures move and twist

Was this all for real or some kind of hell

666 the number of the beast

Hell and fire was spawned to be released"

After all that, I think it has to be "Faith" or "Lydia" and I'm coming down on the side of...

Lydia
