Fuj,

How could you possibly think my wife would want to put these in the back of my Rav ? :o

They are brown, :o my Rav is blue?

And the neighbours would never see them through the privacy glass :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Hey Fuj,

Thought that would give you a chuckle  The exhaust trim is aftermarket, from a car accessories shop.

One of those ones in a group, Autoparts, A1 Accessories or something like that. It was only £10 or £11

as I remember, just remember to measure your tailpipe beforehand. Mine was a bit tight to get on as

tailpipe was a bit out of round. So a block of wood and a hammer needed to fit.

Cheers,

Dave ;)

Thanks Dave

I do miss the smart exhaust trims from my old BMW's, so I might look into this a like deeper.

Thanks

End of my pipe (oooh errr) is 62mm because it is fatter than the rest...

Can's find a Chrome pipe to fit it...including the usual haunts, like Halfrauds and CarParts... still looking.... :help:

It's the look of the driver behind when I floor it and he/she gets a good lung full of TOYOTA D4D HA HA HA HA HA   (Red mist again)

Chatman,

Have a quick look at this:

Demon Tweeks

The trim I selected is the cheapest in your size but there were a few other options on the Demon Tweeks website.

Hi all,

Just as a follow up to chatmans thread warning new members about spare tyres, I thought we could

all share our little improvements with new members. (there has been quite a few new members recently)

Not the mega stuff like van aken smart boxes, just the easy ones to start with

Dave,

I find that keeping the wife from driving ours is a top tip.

It saves on unwanted (and mysterious "I've no idea where that came from darling") scratches and kerbed alloys.

I find the car stays wonderfully clean inside with no museli bar wrappers in the door bins or empty water bottles in the cup holders.

It also saves on getting in the car to find it's running on fumes and generally doing the average fuel consumtion of a Lamborghini.

If this helps, I've got more examples - but then, I'm sure you have too!!!! :P

Cheers.

Paul.

Got my Chrome Tail Piece from a dealer on EBay called Chromeyoucar!

A quality product too and only £9.99. You can always ring to order too on Tel 01924 401515

Thanks Baz,

I have to do some measuring first and a check that a trim will fit over any bends in the pipe.
