Nobody in Management or Mods Dept seem to be heeding my whinges [frequent] :(

I was under the impression that, besides herding us onto the straight & narrow, they were here to help & guide poor,benighted members in trouble.

I can't even PM my 2 Mod friends to put my problems to them directly :(
