My Mrs Yaris HSD didn't have one - and what is more annoying (other than the price of one from the parts dept) is that the cover fitted in the boot over the spare wheel is very flimsy. We bought one and it is very sturdy, but also pretty light. Should have been supplied with, and I find it incredible that on such an expensive car (for the size etc) it was missing something so basic.1 point
