Hi all and thanks for the replies. After some more research I managed to replace the battery in my key fob and re code it. It now works remotely :D Now that I know how to do this I cann buy a second hand key for the transponder and have a blank cut and reprogram..

Hmm, my cousin said the same thing. However, why does it drive fine when cold and only struggle when the engine has warmed up? when it's cold the car would set a richer mixture than when hot.
