  1. So obviously the Aygo that you have is the pinicle of automotive technology... it crossed my mind to ask, how many of you have other transport as well? I am sure some will have the Aygo as a daily driver and have a Sunday best or the other way round! So I figured it might be an opportunity for you all to post pics! My Aygo was actually bought for my girlfriend to learn to drive in (although secretly I like driving Isaac the Aygo as well!) Today I will be out on my GSXR1000.. slight difference in performance to Isaac.. 0 - 100mph in about 5 seconds lol. Mine is the left one, my mates it the more common blue and white one! What have you lot got?

  3. Only USA spec MK2 Yaris had Cruise capability built in, you cannot add Toyota cruise to any EU Mk2 Yaris you will need an aftermarket solution

  5. Have you checked that the drain for heater/AC casing is not blocked? The AC evaporator causes condensation to form which should drip out from the drain pipe if the pipe is blocked the heater box will quickly fill with water.

  6. I have a dashcam in my Gen 3, and my partner has one in her Gen 2 Prius. Yes, the headlining is made of a hardish material, but the cable can still be inserted. If needs be, just insert something like a butter knife in at the edge and prise gently. It will give enough to feed the cable in. The rest just feed in like you did in your Auris towards the ciggy socket, or into the fusebox if you intend to hardwire like Harters is going to do.

  7. I have put a dash cam into my Prius and it was really simple. There is a gap at the front of the headlining between the top of the windscreen and I hid my wire in there very easily. I then tucked it carefully along the top of the A pillar, then down behind the door rubber. Mine is temporarily using the accessory point in the centre console and the wire goes underneath the glovebox then tucks underneath the centre console along to the power point. I have bought a fuse double to make it a permanent fixture which I will get around to in the next couple of months. I am going to use the doubler directly into the fuse box which is under the glovebox.

  10. Hi Stuart, The first decent day of the year up here in and it gave me the chance to get the northern area stock of Auto Glymm products out.....Yes, I do seem to have that many! A quick trip to Sainsburys gave me the idea of taking some photos, as we might not get another sunny day this year Anyway, here you go:

  11. I wouldn't recommend using them other than for tyres and/or exhausts. They are likely to "find" numerous things wrong - hence the price.

  13. The dipstick goes directly into the oil sump, if it's actually loose, then i presume some oil would be leaking out. I presume your engine is 1ZR-FE, here's a picture where it's clearly visible how the dipstick tube i's attached to the engine. The tube should be flexible enough to be able to pop it out a bit, and just to slip a new ring. If the tube is moving, then see if it's possible to tighten that one screw, which holds it down.

  16. I notice on EBay that there are comparatively cheap Densos from China (about £5 each, some even less), whereas most are at least £7.50. Just wondering whether they are inferior imitations?

  17. I don't think you can call it either way to be honest. My personal preference is NGK, but I'm basing that on years of experience in both automotive aftermarket and racing. Denso is a good plug, but a relative newcomer compared to NGK, certainly there is little in the way of technical back up in the U.K., unlike the team at NGK who are excellent.

  18. Either NGK or Denso, both are OEM suppliers and excellent plugs.
